
The renovated Ayurveda department of the Thrikkakara Municipal Cooperative Hospital was inaugurated by the hospital president, Dr. M. P. Sukumaran Nair.

Free medical camp in associated with Rotary Club of Cochin Queen City was held at St Joseph Church Kadavanthra on 14th December 2025. The service of expert doctors in the department of General Medicine, Gynecology, ENT, Pulmonology, Orthopedics and Ayurveda at the Thrikakkara Municipal co-operative Hospital Kakkanad were provided to around 130 people who participate the mega camp and also we provide Medicine, Lab Test and PFT.

As part of the national campaign to eradicate polio, around 150 children were administered polio drops at the Thrikkakka Municipal Co-Operative Hospital on Polio Vaccination Day held on October 12, 2025.

Thrikkakkara Municipal Co-Operative Hospital has taken a significant step forward in enhancing diagnostic services by inaugurating its new CT Scan facility at the Department of Radiology. The inauguration ceremony was conducted in the presence of hospital staff, local dignitaries, and community members.

As part of its community outreach initiative, Nitta Gelatin India Ltd handed over a fully equipped emergency ambulance to Thrikakkara Municipality Hospital. The symbolic key was officially presented to the Municipal Chairperson in a ceremony attended by several dignitaries.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. M.P. Sukumaran Nair, President who emphasized the importance of the community health initiatives. During the event, the ‘Arogyakiranam’ health bulletin was officially presented to K.R. Jayachandran by Dr. Sukumaran Nair, symbolizing the hospital's ongoing commitment to public health awareness.
